How to Check an MOE English-MBBS Listing

Understand annual MOE lists, authorised English-medium recruitment and why a historical listing is not enough.

An MOE English-MBBS listing should be treated as an annual programme authorisation, not a permanent badge attached to a university.

Record the academic year

Always save the notice year, university name and authorised quota. A university may have appeared in an older list but require fresh verification for a later intake.

Match the programme

The check concerns English-taught undergraduate Clinical Medicine for international students. It should not be confused with Chinese-taught Clinical Medicine, postgraduate study or a different health-science programme.

Keep the official source

Screenshots and consultant tables are useful working references, but the official notice should remain the primary record. If the current annual notice is unavailable, label the status as pending verification rather than assuming continuity.
