Readers, universities and regulators may raise concerns about a published record. A correction request should identify the page, disputed statement and supporting official source.
Review process
The existing source, date and revision history are checked before a change is made. Minor wording or formatting corrections may be applied directly. Material changes to fees, status, deadlines or recognition information require a new source and review record.
Public corrections
Where an error could materially affect a student's decision, the page should be corrected promptly and the revision should be retained in the audit history. Archived information should not be silently presented as current.
